Hi everyone, and welcome to Even Darker Shadows- a Warhammer 6th edition campaign!

Please see the "Rules" page for the full details (let me know if you can't access the document either on FB or by commenting below). In summary: players will be split into 2 teams, Truthsayers and Dark Emissaries. There will be 6 games over the course of the campaign, with the team which wins Game 1 getting a bonus in Game 2, etc. Hopefully the scenarios will be fun and interesting!

The idea is that we would play 1 game a month over 6 months, with each game influencing what the next game will be as well as granting teams bonuses in the final game. I'll post the next scenario on the 1st of each month, followed by a list of who's playing who. It's up to players to organize their games (I'm available to help with any problems), preferably before the last week of the month so that I can collate and publish the results. It's also up to players to let me know who won their game!

Photos and reports are welcome, they'll be put up on this blog.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

A Warhammer army (up to 3000 points preferred but less is also fine)

Something to proxy as either a Truthsayer/Dark Emissary (any problems let me know and I can provide something appropriate)

£834 in non-sequential unmarked bills (not for the campaign, it's just useful)

To tell me what army (ie race) you plan on taking and your overall General's name*

LOCATIONS

So far the locations members can make are:

Board in Brum

Stourbridge Gaming Club (Fridays 7-11)

Boards and Swords (Derby)

Perton Library (Saturdays 12-4)

People's houses where applicable

Any other locations that become available, let me know and I can add them.

Check out the Warhammer 6th Edition Fantasy page on FB and the Staffordshire Nostalgics FB page for more stuff.

Rules for Truthsayers and Dark Emissaries (and fenbeasts) can be found in Chronicles 2003 or here https://wfb6thcharacters.blogspot.com/p/albion-units.html

*Armies for each game have to be of the same race but I'm happy, for example, for players to use an Orc army in the first battle, a pure Goblin one in game 2, a mix in game 3 etc. PM me if there's any confusion/consternation

**This General has to lead the army in the final battle and may (but doesn't have to) lead the army in others too.
